THEQC Students Commission Carries Out the “Active Stakeholder of the Internal Quality Assurance System: Students” Workshop at Bursa Uludağ University

The Turkish Higher Education Quality Council (THEQC) Students Commission carried out the 13th of the workshop series titled “Active Stakeholder of the Internal Quality Assurance System: Students” with students’ quality society members of Bursa Uludağ University. 54 students participated in the workshop held on 3 November 2023.

The event was organised by Assoc. Prof. Gonca Uludağ, THEQC Expert and Students Commission Coordinator, who prepared the workshop content and also took part in the process as a trainer. Melike Gülay and Esra Köyönü, THEQC Students Commission members, took part in the workshop as peer trainers.

The students carried out group work in line with the instructions given to them in the workshop, which was held with the participation of students’ quality societies members and aimed to reinforce students’ knowledge of quality assurance and help students realize their power as a driving force, which is an essential aspect of quality assurance in higher education. Posters created were presented to all participants by the group members.

The workshop ended after students’ feedback about the event was received, participation certificates were presented, and a family photo was taken.
