Duties
  • To follow universal norms and principles in the field of QA in higher education.
  • To form international collaborations with counterparts abroad.
  • To coordinate memberships to umbrella organizations in QA field.
  • To organize events and benchmarking activities with international stakeholders.
  • To propose international evaluator candidates to the Council.
  • To strengthen relationships with international experts in the field of QA.
  • To inform the Council about recent developments and issues of QA in higher education.

Duties
  • To evaluate the acts in breach of the Ethical Code in the external evaluation processes upon complaint, and to present the evaluation results to the Council.
  • To evaluate the acts of accreditation agencies in breach of the Statement of Confidentiality and Ethics for Accreditation Agencies.
  • To evaluate the applications, documents or data regarding the activities carried out by the Council in academic studies.
  • To conduct an annual evaluation of the applications filed to the Ethics Commission.

Duties
  • To evaluate the appeals made the decisions issued as part of the Institutional Accreditation Program coordinated by the Council and present the evaluation results to the Council.
  • To evaluate the appeals made to the Institutional Feedback Reports published as part of the Institutional External Evaluation Program coordinated by the Council and present the evaluation results to the Council.
  • To evaluate the appeals made to the Follow-up Report published as part of the Followup Program coordinated by the Council and present the evaluation results to the Council.
  • To evaluate the appeals made to the decisions issued as part of the authorization of national accreditation agencies and recognition of international accreditation agencies and present the evaluation results to the Council.
  • To evaluate the complaints regarding the services provided by the Council and present the evaluation results to the Council.

Duties

  • To conduct activities to ensure the internalization and dissemination of a quality culture in higher education among students,
  • To increase student involvement in quality assurance processes of higher education,
  • To plan the activities to be carried out during the academic year and present them to the Council for discussion at its meeting in November at the latest,
  • To carry out activities in the fields of student involvement in national and international quality works by including students as planned by the Commission Chair and the Coordinator to the knowledge of the Council President,
  • To suggest candidate students, who will take part in the evaluation programs carried out by the Council, to the Commission on Institutional External Evaluation and Accreditation,
  • To create an archive of the works carried out and present them to the Council at the end of the year, and
  • To write an annual report on the activities carried out by the Commission during the relevant year,submit it to the Council at the end of the year, and contribute to the writing of the relevant part of THEQC Annual Status Report.
