THEQC Students Commission Attends “Microdata” Seminar Organised by EUROSTUDENT

Berkay Tarım, a member of the ESU Quality Assurance Student Experts’ Pool and a member of the Turkish Higher Education Quality Council (THEQC) Students Commission, attended an event of a seminar series organised by EUROSTUDENT on 13 April 2023.

Sylvia Mandl, a faculty member of the Austrian Institute for Advanced Studies, and Joris Cuppen from the ResearchNed Independent Research Institute shared the newly updated “EUROSTUDENT VII Scientific Use File 3.0” with the participants in the seminar where the “Microdata” project of EUROSTUDENT was introduced. With this guide, what kind of research and how can be conducted with EUROSTUDENT’s microdata was discussed. The speakers included examples of international student mobility and the social integration of students through their work.

The seminar, which shed light on contemporary studies on quality assurance, ended after other participants’ contributions and a questions-and-answers session.
