Announcement of the 2026 Quality Ambassador Training Program (QAP'26)
Dear higher education students,
The 2026 Quality Ambassador Training Program (QAP’26) will be organised by the Turkish Higher Education Quality Council (THEQC) Student Commission to provide competence within the scope of ensuring student involvement in quality assurance processes in higher education and disseminating the quality assurance culture.
Students who are enrolled in an associate, undergraduate, or graduate program offered by any higher education institution and are in an active status as of the application date may apply to attend the training.
Filling in the application form does not guarantee to be invited to the training. Applications are evaluated by considering sex, region, department/program type, institution type diversity, and the limited number of participants allowed.
The first dates for the online training to be given twice this year are 4-5 May 2026, and the second dates are 14-15 May 2026. Participants may attend only the training to be given on the dates for which they are registered. Applications for the training will be received on 27-30 April 2026, until 21:00 on Thursday, April 30.
The accepted candidates’ list will be announced through @kaliteelcisi social media account.
Participants are expected to actively participate in the training.
A certificate of participation will be given to students who successfully complete the training. (Note: Students who successfully complete the training are required to attend the workshop to be organised by the Commission if they are invited, and if they are successful, they are also required to take the Evaluator Training organised by THEQC to become an evaluator. The students receiving the Evaluator Training may be evaluators only if they are active students and have not graduated yet.
