THEQC Students Commission Gives a Seminar on “The Role of Higher Education Students in the Construction of a Quality Assurance Culture” at Bursa Technical University

On 2 November 2023, the Turkish Higher Education Quality Council (THEQC) Students Commission gave the 46th of the seminar series titled “The Role of Higher Education Students in the Construction of a Quality Assurance Culture” to highlight the importance of student involvement in quality assurance system in higher education, raise student awareness about it, and have students take part in quality work actively at Bursa Technical University (BTU).

Prof. Barış Tamer Tonguç, BTU Vice Rector, BTU academic and administrative personnel and students attended the seminar as listeners. Assoc. Prof. Gonca Uludağ, THEQC Expert and Students Commission Coordinator, and Melike Gülay and Esra Köyönü, THEQC Students Commission members, attended the seminar as speakers.

The questions of the audience were also answered in the seminar in which 142 participants took part. The event came to an end after the presentation of certificates of appreciation to the speakers, and a commemorative photo was taken.
