Quality Ambassador Training for Higher Education Students – 3 (QAT’22)

Dear higher education students,

The “Quality Ambassador Training Program (QAP’22)”  is to be held between February 26, 2022, and March 09, 2022, by the Turkish Higher Education Quality Council’s (THEQC) Students Commission to ensure that students have competency for involvement in quality assurance processes and disseminating quality culture in the higher education context.

• The first dates for the online training, which will be given four times in total, were February 26-27, 2022, and March 1-2, 2022.
• The third training will be given on March 5-6, 2022.
• Students who are enrolled in an associate, undergraduate, or graduate program offered by any higher education institution and are in an active status as of the application date may apply to attend the training.
• The applications will be evaluated according to criteria such as university, educational level, sex, region, and program diversity. The number of participants will depend upon the availability of quotas (Attention: Filling in the application form does not guarantee your acceptance to the training.)
• Participants may attend only the training to be given on the dates for which they have been registered. If you are not involved in the training this time, you may reapply for the training to be given in next week.
• Participants are expected to actively participate in the training. 
• Students, who successfully complete the training, will be certified with a certificate of participation and included in the student evaluators pool provided that they apply for it.
• (Note: As an eligibility criterion, the students to be included in the pool will be required to receive the Evaluator Training given by the Turkish Higher Education Quality Council beforehand. The students receiving the Evaluator Training may be evaluators only if they are active students and have not graduated.)

• Training dates will be announced on www.yokak.gov.tr website and via @kaliteelcisi social media accounts.

Note: Attending the training once will be sufficient. Students who attended THEQC Quality Ambassador Training before and already received a certificate of participation should not apply.
