Procedures and Principles for Election of Student Member Published
Pursuant to the second paragraph of the Article No. 5 of the Regulation on Higher Education Quality Assurance and Higher Education Quality Council, the Procedures and Principles for the Election of Student Member of the Higher Education Quality Council of Turkey has been approved in the Council meeting dated 6 February 2019.
Accordingly, the application requirements for student membership are as follows:
- Being at least a third-year student in an undergraduate or graduate program
- Having experience in quality assurance in higher education
The application files of the candidates must include a letter of intent and relevant information and documents regarding quality assurance experience.
As per the rules and procedures and the application requirements, student member candidates can file their applications to their universities by 15 March 2019.
The contact information and application file of the student selected by the university administrative committee are required to be sent to yokak@yokak.gov.tr by 15 April 2019.
