Prof. Ümit Kocabıçak, THEQC President, Gives a Conference on "Quality Assurance Systems in Higher Education" at Mardin Artuklu University
Prof. Ümit Kocabıçak, President of the Turkish Higher Education Quality Council (THEQC), gave a conference on “Quality Assurance Systems in Higher Education” at Mardin Artuklu University within the scope of the university’s 2023 Strategic Plan Evaluation Meeting.
Prof. İbrahim Özcoşar, Rector of Mardin Artuklu University, vice-rectors, the governing body of the university, and the managers/directors of the academic and administrative units attended the meeting held at the Rectorate of Mardin Artuklu University.
The meeting started with the opening speech by Rector Özcoşar and continued with a presentation on “The Importance of Quality Assurance Systems and Accreditations in Higher Education” by President Kocabıçak. President Kocabıçak gave information about THEQC’s activities, the Institutional Accreditation Program, Institutional External Evaluation Programs and evaluation criteria in his presentation.
