THEQC Students Commission Gives a Seminar on “The Role of Higher Education Students in the Construction of a Quality Assurance Culture” at Burdur Mehmet Akif Ersoy University

The Turkish Higher Education Quality Council (THEQC) Students Commission met with Burdur Mehmet Akif Ersoy University students at the 44th of the seminar series titled “The Role of Higher Education Students in the Construction of a Quality Assurance Culture” and given to ensure the internalization and dissemination of quality assurance processes in higher education by students and raise their awareness about them.

Prof. Firdevs Savi Çakar, Chair of the Educational Quality Sub-committee at Burdur Mehmet Akif Ersoy University, moderated the online seminar held on 5 May 2023 with the participation as speakers of Prof. Durmuş Acar, the University’s Vice Dean; Asst. Prof. Gonca Uludağ, THEQC Academic Expert and THEQC Students Commission Academic Coordinator, and Mehmet Sezer Altun, Member of THEQC Students Commission.

The seminar, attended by 362 students, ended after the questions-and-answers session, receiving student feedback, and presentation of certificates of appreciation.
