Prof. Muhsin Kar, THEQC President, Speaks on ”Quality Assurance and Accreditation in Higher Education” at Istanbul Medeniyet University

Prof. Muhsin Kar, President of the Turkish Higher Education Quality Council (THEQC), gave a speech on ”Quality Assurance and Accreditation in Higher Education” at Istanbul Medeniyet University.

Prof. Gülfettin Çelik, Rector of Istanbul Medeniyet University, governing body members of the university, academic staff, and administrative staff attended the conference held at Aşık Paşa Conference Hall at the university.

Giving information about quality assurance and accreditation processes in higher education institutions, President Kar made a presentation that covered the topics of Quality Assurance, Stakeholders’ Quality Perception, General Objectives of Quality Assurance, and Quality Assurance and Accreditation Practices.

The conference, which lasted about two hours, ended with a question-and-answer session.
