A Memorandum of Understanding Is Signed Between THEQC and the Gambian National Accreditation and Quality Assurance Authority (NAQAA)

A cooperation agreement was signed between the Turkish Higher Education Quality Council (THEQC) and the National Accreditation and Quality Assurance Authority (NAQAA) of Gambia.

The delegation led by NAQAA President Dr. Momodou Lamin Tarro and Gambia’s Ambassador to Türkiye, Alkali Fanka Conteh, was hosted at THEQC headquarters. The meeting was attended by THEQC President Prof. Dr. Ümit Kocabıçak, Vice President Mustafa Çufalı, and the THEQC delegation.

During the meeting, THEQC International Relations Coordinator Dr. Ayşegül Kozak Çakır and NAQAA President Dr. Momodou Lamin Tarro delivered presentations on their respective quality assurance systems. Following the exchange of views, a cooperation agreement was signed to formally initiate the collaboration between the two institutions.
