THEQC holds online meeting with rectors of universities included in 2020 Institutional Accreditation Program

THEQC organized an online meeting with the rectors, vice rectors and academics in charge of institutional quality processes from the 10 universities included in 2020 Institutional Accreditation Program. 

In his opening speech, THEQC President Prof. Muzaffer Elmas stressed that the Institutional Accreditation Program, which is planned to be implemented for the first time in 2020, will be a quality evaluation process encompassing both national and international dynamics with broad participation of stakeholders. After Elmas’ speech, THEQC Vice President Prof. Dr. Sibel Aksu Yıldırım presented technical information on the procedures and methods to be employed within the Program.  

In the second part of the meeting, rectors spoke on behalf of their universities, expressed opinions and asked questions on the Program. Opinions were exchanged with regard to the adoption and development of the process and model practices.
