Social media specialist Tolga Akkuş speaks on digital transformation and trends in social media in THEQC’s in-service training

On February 5, 2020, social media specialist Tolga Akkuş made a presentation entitled “Effective Use of Social Media” as part of THEQC’s in-service training activities.  

During the event, the participants shared their knowledge and experience on how and to what extent social media could be used by the Council staff. Speaking on social media awareness and social media literacy, Akkuş provided information on digital transformation and latest trends in social media in his presentation. 

The presentation was followed by a Q&A session, during which the participants exchanged views on a number of subjects including the advantages of using social media, communication breakdown and crisis management.
