The meeting was attended by the NCPA Director Prof. Vladimir Navodnov, the NCPA Deputy Director Prof. Galina Motova, the THEQC President Prof. Dr. Muzaffer Elmas, the THEQC Vice President Sibel Aksu Y\u0131ld\u0131r\u0131m and the THEQC members and advisors. During the meeting, the national quality assurance approaches in the higher education systems of Turkey and Russia, the current practices on external evaluation and program accreditation, and possible cooperation areas between the two organizations were discussed.
