During the webinar, the Council officials informed the HEIs about self-evaluation processes and writing of ISERs. The questions raised by the participants were also answered during the event.<\/p><p>Records of the event are available on the official website of the Council. Another webinar on ISER writing process is planned to be organized on February 4, 2020.\u00a0<\/p><p>Below is THEQC President\u00a0<strong>Prof. Dr. Muzaffer ELMAS\u2019\u00a0<\/strong>presentation entitled<strong>\u00a0\u201cQuality in Higher Education\u201d<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><p><iframe title=\"Y\u00d6KAK Webinar Sunum1 -
