The program started with the opening speech of THEQC President Prof. Dr. Muzaffer Elmas, who expressed his belief that the training program would guide the participants in many respects. After the opening speech, THEQC Vice President Sibel Aksu Y\u0131ld\u0131r\u0131m made a presentation on the training program.\u00a0<\/p><p>The first session of the training program was entitled \u201cVenus University Maturity Levels\u201d, whereas the second session involved case studies.
