Throughout this process, we aim to guide higher education institutions on the components, principles and quality indicators of the quality assurance system in distance learning. To this end, the Council has formed the \u201cDistance Education Working Group\u201d as of 27 March 2020. The components that are required to establish a quality distance education system and the scope of these components have been specified by the working group. The main components of quality distance education can be listed as follows:\u00a0<\/p><ul><li>Distance Education Policy\u00a0<\/li><li>Infrastructure and Accessibility\u00a0<\/li><li>Competencies\u00a0<\/li><li>Learning and Teaching Processes\u00a0<\/li><li>Professional Human Resources and Support Services\u00a0<\/li><li>Information Security and Ethical Aspects\u00a0<\/li><\/ul><p>The scope of the components is available on THEQC Information Portal (<a href=\"https:\/\/portal.yokak.gov.tr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/portal.yokak.gov.tr\/<\/a>\u00a0).
