Dr. Dilek Av\u015faro\u011flu Erkan and Assoc. Dr. Salih Bardakc\u0131 and the council staff attended to the protocol signing ceremony held at THEQC in Ankara.<\/p><p>According to the protocol, it is aimed to carry out joint studies and develop cooperation in the field of higher education quality assurance between Turkey and Azerbaijan.
