Dr. Dilek Av\u015faro\u011flu Erkan, Lecturer Erdem Sar\u0131ayd\u0131n, Expert Ayhan Ko\u00e7er and the council staff attended to the signing ceremony held at THEQC in Ankara.<\/p><p>Before the signing ceremony, mutual presentations were made to introduce the activities of the both institutions and ideas were exchanged. According to the protocol, it is aimed to carry out joint studies and develop cooperation in the field of higher education quality assurance between the two institutions.
