Stating that higher education institutions have a great responsibility to make quality contributions to the development of T\u00fcrkiye, President Kar said that universities should anticipate global, national and regional trends, manage changes, take into account stakeholder expectations, and ensure the graduate competencies and the continuity of all these, which could be achieved by establishing and executing a quality assurance system.<\/p><p>After his speech, President Kar presented the Institutional Accreditation Certificate to Prof. Vatan Karakaya, Rector of K\u0131r\u015fehir Ahi Evran University.
